The modern lifestyle is not conducive to staying in good shape. This is especially true for busy business people. Finding time to get to the gym and eat healthy meals is a constant struggle. The reality is non-stop hours camped in front of a computer screen, never ending conference calls, and a quick fast food meal in between projects is becoming the norm for most business people. Spending time at the gym or sitting down and eating a healthy meal feels like a luxury.
Unfortunately as each year passes your base metabolism slows. Combine that with lack of consistent exercise and bad nutrition and that six pack or bikini body becomes just a distant memory. So given the lack of time for the gym and good meals that most of us face on a daily basis what is the solution for maintaining health? The goal of this blog is to provide a blueprint for a healthy body given the reality of our time constraints. That means short workouts 15-45 minutes, an emphasis on workouts that can be done at home or the office, and supplements to help boost overall health.
