  • Chest – Push-Up, DB Flyes, DB Bench Press
  • Back – DB Pullover, Gymstick Bent Over Row
  • Shoulder – DB Shoulder Press, DB Lat Raise, Gymstick Shoulder Press
  • Bicep – DB Curl, Gymstick Curl
  • Tricep – Tricep Push-up, Gymstick Overhead Extension
  • Legs – Gymstick Squat, Single Leg Squat., Medicine Ball Overhead Lunge
  • Abs- Crunch, V sit , Pike (ball), 45 Degree Medicine Ball Rotation, Plank, Side Plank
  • Stretch –Hamstrings, Quads, Lower Body Rotation
  • Massage – Lower Back, Quads, Hamstring and Calf
